Our Initiative
Contentment Place Communities Corporation (CPCC) is a volunteer, non-profit board that is focused on affordable housing. CPCC owns Mill Village, a Section 8 Project Based Voucher development in Dedham, Massachusetts.
CPCC enjoys a close working relationship with the Dedham Housing Authority, which manages the property, offers Mill Village rental opportunities for those inquiring at the Authority, and administers the Section 8 Project Based Vouchers.
Community Development
At CPCC, we are committed to developing sustainable and inclusive communities. We aim to purchase additional rental properties in southeastern Massachusetts to further our mission of offering affordable housing options.

Our residential properties are designed to meet the needs of our low-income population seeking comfortable and secure housing within a supportive community.
