Satellite dish installation must be made in writing to CPCC

The satellite dish may not exceed 18 inches in diameter

The dish may not be affixed to any surface of the building including but not limited to roof, siding, fascia, gutter, down spouts, trim and clotheslines.

The dish may be installed on an interior window or on the ground. A support pole may be professionally installed for the satellite dish. The dish may also be installed on a chimney or other roof structure providing there is no damage to the building, roofing surface or structure. If the dish interferes with maintenance or repairs of the property the tenant will be responsible for removing and reinstallation of the satellite dish. CPCC or management agent must approve all installations.

CPCC will not be responsible for any damage to the dish or any reception or injury due to installation.

CPCC will not be responsible financially in anyway with regards to said satellite dish, its use, installation, disassembly, damage or other.

The tenant shall be responsible for upkeep of the dish and periodic inspection of dish for any possible danger or hazard.

A deposit of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) is required for any damage or restoration of property. The deposit is fully or partially refunded upon inspection of the building after removal of the dish and restoration of the property.

Deposit is no refundable to any party vacating the unit with an account balance nor if the vacating party does not remove the dish and restore property.

Permission for satellite dish installation will not be granted to any tenants who is not current in rent nor to any tenant who has a balance on CPCC accounts for charges including but not limited to rent, repairs, keys, court fees or services.

No satellite dish may be installed on CPCC property without written permission from CPCC or management agent.
